Fui por temas de trabajo y mi mujer se quedó mayormente en el hotel y nos gustó mucho, la recepcionista que nos atendió de cabello negro largo es muy amable pero habla mucho hasta de más, por mi mujer no hubo problema pero les recomendaría no hablar de sus temas personales, hotel limpio pero no tiene muchas zonas de pet friendly
Es un buen lugar, estuve unos días ahy con familiares en la habitación pegada a la recepcion, donde se escucha todo y cuando digo todo, es todo. Me enferme y estuve 1 día sin salir del hotel y una recepcionista muy amable de cabello rojo me hizo favor de brindarme un número delibery lo cual mi familia y yo bien agradecidos, cobertores desde que llegamos porque hasia demaciado feioy nos hizo tener confianza de pedir cualquier cosa porque siempre bien amable y pendiente. Lo malo es que otra recepcionista de cabello negro largo habla muy fuerte y estaba hablando con una mujer de sus jefas y compañeras. Creo que ese tipo de cosas no nos interesan, pero sin querer estoy al tanto de su ambiente de travajo. Y con 38 de temperatura no fue agradable. Por lo demas, enteramente recomendable.
La atención excelente, la habitación limpia , cómoda , agua caliente , solo estaban arreglando el estacionamiento y había mucha tierra y no hay servicio de restaurante ni servicio a habitación .
El hotel cumple su función, es limpio cómodo... me toco una habitación muy fría, pero fueron muy amables en ofrecer otro cobertor.... lo que se lleva las palmas es las chicas de recepción... Super amables siemprendiapuestas a apoyarte en todo.... tiene estacionamiento lo cual te da mucha seguridad.... te obsequian servicio de café... en general quede muy contenta con el servicio... es una estupenda opción a un muy buen costo
Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, en especial por parte de la señorita Lucy, era la primera vez que visitabamos la zona y nos ayudo mucho con la toda la información que le solicitamos, siempre muy amable y dispuesta a apoyar. La habitación lista al momento de nuestro arribo. Si buscan un lugar tranquilo con gente muy amable este es el lugar indicado.
Excelente hotel!! Buena ubicación, servicio, limpieza, es un buen lugar para descansar. Cuentan con café caliente 24hrs. Respetaron reservación y mi estancia fue buena! Cuenta con estacionamiento.
